What we store
If you sign in, we store your email, the jobs you save on the account (client name, client email, invoice number, amount, and the reminder schedule), a send log of reminder emails (recipient, subject, status, and time), and the Stripe customer, subscription, and Connect account ids we need to bill you and pay you out. We also store payout amount, arrival date, status, and a short failure code when Stripe reports one.
Jobs you have not imported stay in this browser’s local storage. A sign-in link is stored only as a hash, expires in 20 minutes, and works once. The session cookie is httpOnly.
Card and bank data
Stripe holds card numbers and bank account details. Still Due does not store them. The subscription, the customer portal, and Connect payouts run on Stripe.
Sign-in links, client reminders, and a payout notice to you are sent through Resend from Still Due’s address. Client reminders use your address as Reply-To. A payout problem email goes to you, at most once a day, and does not include bank details. We do not sell the addresses on your jobs.
