Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026.

The service

Still Due is a $29 a month service offered by Brandon Cronise, Long Grove, Iowa. It writes reminder emails for overdue invoices and can send them for you. The $29 plan is the only plan.

What you pay

The subscription is $29 per month, billed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid. Plan switching is not offered.

When a client pays an invoice through a Still Due pay link, Still Due keeps a platform fee of about 5% of that payment, and at least 50 cents. The rest is paid out to the bank account you connect. That fee is separate from the $29 monthly charge. Stripe’s own card-processing fees are Stripe’s.

Reminders

You choose the job details and whether a job sends on its own. You can pause a job. Still Due does not guarantee that a client will pay, or that a payout will arrive on a particular day. Notes are ordinary business emails. They are not legal demands.

Your account

You are responsible for the invoices you enter and for having a right to email that client. If a payout cannot reach your bank, update the bank details in Stripe. Client reminders keep going while you do that.
